The Oak Hill School’s Board of Trustees is responsible for stewardship of the school. The Board exists to create plans, to set policies and to make decisions that will ensure the viability of the institutional mission for the long term. For the school to succeed, it must have policies consistent with its mission and the financial stability to carry out those policies.
